Summer Camp Webinar Zoom

About the Event

Hi there, friends! We're so sorry to say we have had to cancel the final Conservation Camp Webinar in the 2025 Series because our speaker is unable to make it. HOWEVER - we have amazing news! We are working on a great series of webinars for Native American Heritage Month with our good friends and mentors Dr. Annie Jones and Jennifer Gauthier. One of the webinars will feature the incredible story of the Menominee Forest which has been sustainably managed by the Menominee Tribe for more than 150 years. It is a premier example of forest management in the world!

STAY TUNED!

In this four-part 2025 Summer Camp webinar series we're focusing on next steps and possible ways to expand and maintain the good work you're doing to provide ecological services to your community through land stewardship. This series is brought to you in a partnership between Michael Fields Agricultural Institute and Renewing the Countryside. Our final webinar will take a look at forest conservation. Do you need a forestry plan? Do you need to manage trees? Let's get into it.

So much great information will be shared. Come ready to learn and bring your questions! Zoom link will be sent closer to the date.

WiWiC Host:

Alanna Koshollek, Renewing the Countryside, WiWiC West Central and South West Region Coordinator

Whatever your background, from beginners to experts, all women are welcome and we want to hear your stories and questions. Feel free to bring your lunch. S’mores optional! Pets and children always welcome in our casual Zoom space.
